Ulverstone River Retreat offers two modern self-contained holiday apartments built on the banks of the beautiful Leven River. An architectural and eco-friendly design with insulation, warmth and privacy being the main focal points.
The Mezzanine apartment is the larger of the two. It has a mezzanine bedroom, full size kitchen and lounge with queen size sofa bed. There is also a deck overlooking the river with a barbecue area. There is a washing machine and second toilet available.
The Loft apartment, above the main house, has a separate entry access. There are two balconies overlooking the river, with one offering a barbecue. The bedroom has a large ensuite with bath, and the kitchenette/lounge is equipped with modern appliances and a queen size sofa bed.
Well placed to suit the tranquil bushland, this makes an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. Have a swim, explore the river by kayak, or just relax on the river bank and enjoy the local birdlife and spectacular scenery. Ulverstone shops, cafes and the Golf Club are within five minutes travel.
