Girrawa is part of a 4,500 acre farm located 17 kilometres south of Coonabarabran on the edge of the Warrumbungle Mountains. It is two kilometres off the Oxley Highway on an all weather road, with views up the Belar Creek Valley to the mountains. It is a quiet location and yet close to the town of Coonabarabran, and the attractions of the district such as the Warrumbungle National Park and Siding Springs Observatory. Wildlife abounds, cattle graze contentedly, people chill out.
