Stone Cottage was built in 1840 and is located in Ross in Tasmania's historic Midlands. Originally it consisted of only three rooms but has now been extended over the years and now includes three bedrooms, television room, lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The large country-style kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. A reverse cycle inverter and a wood heater provide heating for a large proportion of the cottage. The cottage can comfortably sleep seven people. In the three bedrooms there is a queen, double and a single bed with day beds in the living area that convert into two more single beds. Ross was named by Governor Macquarie in 1821 and was one of the first sites selected for a town in Tasmania. The village's pride is a magnificently carved bridge over the Macquarie River which was built by convict labour and opened in 1836. There are a total of 40 historic buildings in Ross of which no fewer than 22 are located on Church Street. Ross is only a 40-minute drive south of Launceston or an hour and a half north of Hobart by road and is conveniently placed for sightseeing around Tasmania.

Charles Reuben Estate Vineyard, Lavender Farm and accommodation is located at Tea Tree in Tasmania's Coal River Valley wine region. In September 2014, renovations of the 'Pinot Cottage' concluded and it is now available as tourist accommodation. The 'Pinot Cottage' is a secluded self contained timber cottage on the vineyard with two bedrooms, full European kitchen, spa and wood fire. A fully equipped European kitchen is part of the open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge room has a beautiful view over some of the vineyard and contains the wood fire. Established in 1990, the four-hectare/ten acre Charles Reuben Estate has plantings of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling in addition to other Bordeaux varieties. Since 2015 Charles Reuben Estate also grows high quality Lavender varieties for oil production and culinary use....

Four Seasons Holiday Cottages is situated on the waterfront in Taranna on Tasmania's Tasman Peninsula. There are four cottages accommodating up to 16 guests total. Port Arthur Historic Site is only a ten-minute drive away. The cottages are fully self-contained with the living area, kitchen, dining room and bathroom all on the ground level with two separate bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and a patio and the other two single beds. Quality fittings throughout include reverse cycle heating, television, DVD player and barbecue facilities. There is under cover parking in each cottage and a roomy balcony at the front of each cottage where you can view the superb sunsets as they set over the island. The four cottages are painted in the seasonal colours of red, green, yellow and blue and are located on the waterfront of "Little Norfolk Bay". In the background lies Dart Island, sometimes called "Woody Island", which in the 1800's was a semaphore station that was linked to Port Arthur. Messages were semaphored all the way through to Hobart Town. Taranna is central to the entire peninsula with just a short drive to all the attractions....

Bridge Cottages are two self-contained, heritage-listed cottages in Richmond, south east Tasmania. Richmond is an historic village, 20 minutes (27 kilometres/17 miles) north east of Hobart. The conjoined Bridge Cottages were built in 1823 to accommodate the sergeant in charge of the construction of the Richmond Bridge and the Village’s arms store. You can stay in the fully restored cottages – known as the Armoury and the Sergeant’s Quarters - which overlook the Bridge in the centre of the Richmond village. Each Cottage accommodates two guests - the Armoury has one queen bedroom, and the Sergeant’s Quarters has a double. Both feature a sitting room with cosy open fireplace and country-style kitchen opening to a dining area and sunroom. French doors lead to a garden courtyard, and the cottages also have a laundry with washing machine and dryer and separate bathroom.
