I recently stayed with Contessa Apartments, the managers are lovely to deal with and extremely polite - I think her name was Jan or Jen (excuse my memory). Even though they were having computer problems, I had my key and was on my way. I was put on the 19th floor and room was lovely and clean; obvious a holiday rented apartment as the apartment felt like someone's home. My only tinker with the apartment was the lighting - seemed dark even with all the lights on. As reformed smoker - note - this is a non smoking building - this includes the balcony
